Excellent Experience - Dr. Pratt & Sandy Are Great!! Full face Ultherapy -- The office staff was professional and friendly. The procedure was explained to me in great detail and all of questions were patiently answered. I have a high tolerance for pain, but it was very uncomfortable. It took about an hour. I started to see results in about 3 months and they lasted 2.5 years. Then, I went in for a touch up for my jowls. I probably could have waited another 6 months, before getting the touch up.
Electronic record is easy and user friendly. Staff is nice. Dr Patt does not try to push any cosmetic services. Very practical in patient management and doesn't ring up bill with testing.
