The American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery is reporting that Americans spent more cosmetic surgery in 2013 than in any year since 2008. What kind of procedures were people getting last year? The group says the #1 procedure was liposuction and it was performed more than 360,000 times. The top non-surgical procedure was of course Botox injections. More than 3.7 million injections were done in 2013.
In total, Americans spent more than $12 billion on cosmetic procedures in 2013!
